Features:

95 Zirconium beads consist of 94-95% zirconia, which is much higher than the average. With its high-level wear resistance and excellent liquidity, these beads can offer good product roundness and smooth surfaces, which could also lower wear resistance instruments' requirements.

TZP zirconia beads also contain about 95% zirconium, plus about 4.8% yttrium, making their specific gravity 1.6 times denser than normal zirconia beads. These beads can then result in higher grinding efficiency under the same conditions.

Packing and Shipping:

Zirconia Grinding Media is packaged in 25 kg boxes, with a maximum of four 25 kg boxes per pallet. The boxes are secured with stretch film and each pallet is also secured with stretch film. The pallets are then loaded onto a truck for shipping.
